Renovation
The same steps are followed with completing a major renovation or addition. Our priority is to meet with our perspective clients at the project and familiarize ourselves with what exactly we are starting with. Then, we will either review the plans the client has or if they do not already have plans we will recommend them to house designers or architects that will put their dream renovation or addition onto paper. From there we will work together to get a good understanding of what your vision really is for the project. There is no renovation too big for us to complete our skilled team can and will surpass your expectations.
Design & Build
The very first part of this process is making sure that you have the perfect house plans that includes everything that you are looking for. We have numerous house plans for you to look thru to get you started if you decide that you like one and would like to customize it to make it your dream home than we will work with you along with the house designer to complete the perfect plan. If you already have a vision in your mind and want to have plans drawn from scratch to your liking than we have a couple of amazing home designers and architects that we can recommend to you.
The decision to use a home designer or an architect comes down to your preference, your vision as well as your budget. We will work with the designer or architect to make sure we all thoroughly understand your vision. We promise to deliver a finished home that you are ecstatic to move into, the designer or architect is proud to have drawn and we are proud to put our name on.
